Abstract: Yishui school is an important school of TCM in China, which emerged during Jin and Yuan dynasties. People have always believed that the Yishui school is good at treating internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases, and treating exogenous diseases with treatise on febrile diseases and epidemic febrile disease. Through the recent observation of the treatment of COVID-19, it is found that the treatment concept of the Yishui school also has a very important guiding significance for the treatment of exogenous febrile diseases. This paper analyzes the curative effect of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19 since the epidemic combining the theoretical characteristics of the Yishui school, such as Zangfu Bianzheng, Zangqi Fashi, Piwei thought, and precision medicine, with the purpose of providing reference for TCM to play a greater role in anti-epidemic in the future.
