Abstract: This paper expounds the current situation of gender differences in aging in China, untangles the existing problems in the training of elderly nursing talents, and discusses the strategies to alleviate the shortage of elderly nursing professionals in China from the aspects of increasing the training of professional talents, designing the training path of colleges and universities, and ensuring the retention of talents by employers, so as to provide reference for the deepening gender difference nursing work in China.
