Single analgesic method is often difficult to meet the clinical needs. Multimodal analgesia management integrates the advantages of different intervention methods and accurately acts on the pain conduction pathway, which has become a research hotspot. This paper reviews the mechanism of postoperative pain, multimodal analgesia management strategy and self-pain management of patients, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different analgesia strategies and clinical application effects,so as to provide reference for medical workers in order to improve the effect of pain management through doctor-patient cooperation.
