Abstract: Post-ischemic stroke depression is one of the most common psychiatric diseases after ischemic stroke, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients, prolongs the length of hospital stay, hinders social and family return, and reduces the quality of life. It can also increase the recurrence of cerebrovascular disease risk of occurrence. The pathogenesis of post-ischemic stroke depression is complex and diverse. At present, the pathogenesis is not clear, the diagnosis is not timely, and the treatment effect is not obvious. For early diagnosis, effective treatment, and improvement of the prognosis of patients, it is necessary for us to study the pathogenesis of ischemic post-stroke depression in more detail and find new biological indicators.
