Abstract: Integrin-Linked kinase (ILK) is widely expressed in multiple tissues cells, closely related to various cellular physiological processes. Recent studies have found that it is involved in tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis and so on, for the most part to promote the development of tumor. At the same time, the scientists also found in the study that glioma had similar results. This article will discuss about the integrin-linked kinase on glioma in recent years’ research.

Key words: integrin-linked kinase, transfer, glioma, angiogenesis
