Abstract: “Acute chest pain” is the common symptoms in emergency department which involves in multiorgans and systems.The difficulty and the critical point of emergency treatments are making differential diagnosis rapidly and accurately. In recent years, we undertake the task of general practice training in Hebei province and train general practitioners for Shijiazhuang and surrounding counties and cities. Training for general practitioners about acute chest pain, as a special education, have improved its recognition and management significantly.
