Developments on surgical treatment of femoral shaft fracture

Abstract

Abstract: Femoral shaft fracture occurred in the adult population associated with high energy injury,special and thigh anatomy,the majority of patients with fracture displacement often need surgical treatment.Nearly half a century,with the improvement and innovation of fixed equipment,the operative treatment ways of femoral shaft fracture are gradually increasing.Surgical treatment progress are summarized as follows, which may provide certain references for follow-up treatment program of femoral shaft fracture.
