Abstract: Objective Osteoporosis(OP)is one of the common complications of bone metabolic disorders in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD), which is the most important bone metabolic disorder leading to fragile fracture in CKD patients, increasing the disability rate and mortality rate. Therefore, the pathogenesis of CKD osteoporosis is reviewed in order to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in CKD patients.
