Abstract: Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of international telenursing from 2007 to 2023, so as to provide reference for the further development of this field in China. Methods The core collection of Web of Science was searched to obtain literature of telenursing, CiteSpace was used to analyze the co-occurrence of countries, journals, keywords, and draw relevant visual knowledge map. Results A total of 1602 effective literatures were included. The research hotspot focuses on telecare medicine information system and the application in chronic disease patients, and the forefront of research is virtual care. Conclusion Domestic telenursing is in the exploratory stage, with less international cooperation. In the future, it is necessary to expand international cooperation, strengthen learning and exchange, and promote the better development of telenursing in China.
