Abstract: Traditional internal medicine probation method based on teaching makes students absorb knowledge passively, results in students' lacking initiative and influencing learning effect. In the process of clinical undergraduate student probation, we adopt the following measures:(1)Strengthen pre-professional training.(2)Improve the conditions of probation, optimize the teaching environment and provide adequate teaching equipment.(3)Enhance Teacher quality.(4)Reform teaching method, giving PBL teaching pattern.(5)Reform the examination system and take the clinical disease diagnosis and treatment as the leading mode, enable students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practice. Through the teaching reform, medical students can connect theory with practice, and promote the understanding ability, clinical thinking and practical ability of disease. it is more conducive to the comprehensive training of medical students' clinical competence.
