Abstract: Perinatal death is the death of a fetus during pregnancy or one month after birth, which is a sudden loss. Perinatal bereavement care is a relatively special and newly research field, which has serious physical and mental impact on the perinatal loss families and caregivers. There is more research and practical experience in this field in foreign countries, and there lack of research about this in ours country. In this article,it summed up the ethical principles of perinatal bereavement care, the objectives of clinical practice and the development status of the education and training of caregiversto provide the relevant inspiration for our country.
