Abstract: Coronary artery bifurcation lesions are common in coronary intervention. Due to the greatly individual differentiation of coronary artery bifurcation lesions, complex surgical procedures, high intraoperative risk, many postoperative complications, and poor long-term prognosis, a standard process is hard to follow to solve all bifurcation lesions. The classification rules, evaluation methods, and treatment strategies of coronary bifurcation lesions are systematically reviewed in order to get more comprehensively understanding of coronary bifurcation lesions.
