After translation and back translation, the overall semantic evaluation of the scale was high, the semantic equivalence of the items was 78.6% to 100.0%, and the semantic equivalence of the scale was 82.6% to 100.0%. After two rounds of consultation, the enthusiasm of experts was 100%, the degree of expert authority was 0.87, the coordination coefficient of expert consultation was 0.271 and 0.353, the mean importance of each item ranged from 4.29 to 5.00, and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.05 to 0.11. Among the 40 medical staff who evaluated the face validity of the scale, the recognition of each item of the scale was 87.5% to 100.0%.
