Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of tirofiban on oxidative stress and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing mechanical thrombectomy. Methods 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 44 cases in each group.Mechanical embolectomy was performed in both groups, and tirofiban was applied in the observation group at the same time. The levels of CRP, MDA, SOD, GSH PX and neurological function of the two groups before operation, 36 hours after operation and before discharge were compared NIHSS, UCH-L1, GFAP, BDNF and recanalization rate were measured. Results Compared with before operation, the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group at 36h after operation and before discharge(P<0.05), compared with 36h after operation, the levels of oxidative stress factors and neurological function indexes of the two groups before discharge were significantly improved, and the indexes of the observation group were significantlybetter than those of the control group(P<0.05), the postoperative recanalization rate of the observation group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%).Conclusion Tirofiban can effectively improve the high oxidative stress state and reduce the neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
