Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] and adipokinetic leptin in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 220 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of Baoding First Central Hospital were selected as the case group, and 100 healthy patients who received physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum Lp(a)and leptin of the cerebral infarction group and healthy people were compared and analyzed. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of leptin and lipoprotein(a). Results Compared with the control group, the case group had higher Lp(a)and leptin, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve Lp(a)was 0.698, and the area under curve leptin was 0.924. Conclusion Serum Lp(a)and leptin have a certain correlation with acute cerebral infarction and have certain clinical diagnostic value.
