Abstract: Objective To explore the application of the network-based Problem-based learning(PBL)combined with Multiple Disciplinary Team(MDT)mode in teaching medical undergraduate students during the Covid-19 epidemic to provide new suggestions for the teaching mode of medical undergraduates. Methods 117 clinical medicine undergraduates of grade 2018 in China Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided randomly into control group(61)and experimental group(56). The control group was taught by network PBL teaching, and the experimental group was taught by network-based PBL combined with MDT teaching Mode. At the end of the teaching, the case-studied summary and the satisfaction of the teaching mode of the two groups were analyzed. Results The questionnaire survey found that PBL+MDT teaching group's case-studied summary and the improvement of self-ability was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Students' satisfaction of PBL+MDT teaching was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Network-based PBL combined with MDT mode can improve the enthusiasm of medical undergraduates, cultivate students' evidence-based thinking and innovation ability, and have a positive effect on the training of medical undergraduates.
