Abstract: The understanding of certain traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions by Yishui school physicians is concise and insightful, and recognizing their Dianbo in clinical practice is also an aspect of Yishui School's academic research. Based on the characteristic prescriptions of the Yishui school and combined with clinical medical cases, this paper explains the clinical medication characteristics of ZHANG Yuansu and the Yishui school in detail, and analyzes the clinical application of medical cases from single medicine to compound medicine, from Jingfang to Shifang, from Zangfu Bianzheng to Guijing theory.
