护士分层管理模式在优质护理管理中的应用

摘要: 目的:探讨和分析分层管理在护理管理中的应用方法及应用效果。方法比较实施分层管理前后护理质量、护士培训、患者满意度情况。结果实施护士分层管理后,护理质量、护士培训通过率和患者满意度均较实施前有明显提升。结论实施护士分层管理,实现了护士人力资源合理调配与科学管理,促进了护理质量的稳步提升与持续改进,提高了患者满意度。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of hierarchical management approach in nursing management and application of the results. Methods To compare the quality of care before and after implementing hierarchical management, training of nurses and patient satisfaction. Results After the implementation of nurse hierarchical management, quality of care, the rate of training and patient satisfaction has significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management nurses, can achieve a reasonable allocation of human resources and scientific management, and promote the steady improvement in the quality of care and continuous improvement, improve patient’s satisfaction.
