基于新媒体的融合PBL教学模式在老年医学规培教学的应用

摘要: 目的 探索基于新媒体的融合PBL教学模式应用于老年医学规培教学可行性。方法 设计适合在线教学的PBL教案,建立基于微信平台等新媒体的PBL教学模式,并应用于老年医学规培的临床教学,通过教学问卷调查,比较实验组与传统教学组、常规PBL教学组的教学效果。结果 基于新媒体的融合PBL教学实验组教学调查问卷总分高于传统教学组(58.46±1.6与54.04±1.67,P<0.05),其中课程吸引力、课程时间安排等单项得分上实验组明显高于传统教学组,与常规PBL组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 基于新媒体的融合PBL教学模式在老年医学规培教学中有一定的可行性,值得进一步扩大应用验证。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the practicability by applying PBL teaching mode based on new media in standardized training in Geriatric. Methods PBL teaching plan suitable for online teaching was designed, PBL teaching mode based on WeChat platform and other new media was established and applied in standardized training in clinical Geriatric teaching. Through teaching questionnaire survey, the teaching effects of the experimental group were compared with that of the traditional teaching control group and the conventional PBL teaching group. Results The total scores of teaching questionnaire in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(58.46±1.6 vs 54.04±1.67,P<0.05), the scores of course attraction and course schedule in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the conventional PBL group. Conclusion The integrated PBL teaching mode based on new media has some application advantages, and the teaching effects are good, which is worth further expanding the application and verification.
