中西医结合护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍康复中的研究进展

摘要： 吞咽障碍是脑卒中后最常见的严重并发症之一,不仅导致患者营养不良,还会使其身心健康和社会功能受到损害,影响患者的康复效果。西医护理以对症护理和专项护理为主要干预手段,中医护理以辨证施护为特色,从中风后吞咽障碍患者的口腔护理、饮食调护、情志护理、中医特色适宜技术、吞咽动作训练5个方面进行综合阐述,旨在为吞咽障碍患者应用中西医结合的护理方法提供参考,促进患者康复。

Abstract: Swallowing disorder is one of the most common serious complications after stroke, which not only leads to malnutrition in patients, but also damages their physical and mental health and social functions, and affects the rehabilitation effect of patients. By applying symptomatic and special nursing of western medicine as well as dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine as the main intervention means, the authors comprehensively expounds the oral nursing, diet nursing, emotional nursing, appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine and swallowing training of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke, aiming to provide reference for the clinical nursing of patients with dysphagia by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and to promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
