跨文化交流背景下医学留学生自我和谐度和自尊程度现况调查

摘要: 目的 调查医学留学生的自我和谐度和自尊程度状况,探讨促进留学生心理健康的培养管理方式。方法 采用自我和谐量表(self consistency and congruence scale,SCCS)和自尊量表(self-esteem scale,SES)对宁夏医科大学210名在校不同年级的本科留学生进行调查分析。结果 210名留学生中SCCS总分最高124分,最低47分,平均(91.95±13.28)分;SES总分最高40分,最低14分,平均(32.85±4.62)分。男性留学生的自我和谐程度(t=2.894, P<0.05)与自尊程度(t=3.126, P<0.05)均高于女性;不同年级留学生的自我和谐度(F=13.128,P<0.05)与自尊程度(F=8.595,P<0.05)差异均有统计学意义;中高级中文水平的留学生的自我和谐度(t=9.223,P<0.05)和自尊程度(t=3.582,P<0.05)均高于初级水平者。结论 不同年级留学生间自我和谐度和自尊程度有差异,不同中文水平留学生的自我和谐程度有差异,及时了解来华医学留学生的心理健康状况和社会文化特点,制定相应的心理健康辅导干预策略,有利于进一步促进留学生心理健康水平的提高和人格的发展。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the degree of self-concordance and self-esteem and to explore the ways of improving the training mode of international medical students. Methods 210 undergraduate students in different grades in Ningxia Medical University were evaluated by SCCS(self consistency and congruence scale)and SES(self-esteem scale). Results The total score of self-concordance among 210 students was up to 124 points, and the lowest was 47 points, an average of(91.95±13.28)points, the self-esteem scale was scored up to 40 points, and the lowest 14 points, an average of(32.85±4.62)points. The degrees of self-concordance(t=2.894, P<0.05)and self-esteem(t=3.126, P<0.05)of the male international medical students were higher than that of female ones. The degrees of self-concordance(F=13.128, P<0.05)and the self-esteem(F=8.595, P<0.05)of the students in different grades were statistically significant. The degrees of self-concordance(t=9.223, P<0.05)and self-esteem(t=3.582,P<0.05)of the students with intermediat and advanced Chinese level were higher than those with primary Chinese level. Conclusion There is a difference between the degrees of self-concordance and self-esteem among the senior and junior students and a difference in the degree of self-concordance among the students with different Chinese proficiency. Timely, to understand the mental health status as well as social & cultural characteristics of the international students, formulate the corresponding mental health intervention strategy, is conductive to further promote the improvement of the international students' mental health and personality's development.
