冠心病患者参与心脏康复动机的相关研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 冠心病是一种复发性较高的疾病,心脏康复是改善冠心病患者预后的有效措施,而动机是影响其参与心脏康复的重要因素。从动机的内涵及价值、冠心病患者心脏康复动机的测评工具、冠心病患者心脏康复动机的影响因素等方面对冠心病患者坚持心脏康复计划动机问题的研究进展进行综述,以期了解患者心脏康复动机相关问题,为医务工作者制定相对应的针对性策略提供依据,同时达到提高患者动机水平,促进其坚持心脏康复的目的。

Abstract: Coronary heart disease is a disease with high recurrence rate. Cardiac rehabilitation is an effective measure to improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease. Motivation is an important factor to enroll cardiac rehabilitation. This paper summarized the connotation and value of motivation, evaluation tools and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation motivation of patients with coronary heart disease. It can help medical workers to develop corresponding targeted strategies for patients, improve patients' motivation level and promote them to adhere to cardiac rehabilitation.
