虚拟现实在护理跨学科合作中的应用进展及护理人员的角色定位

摘要: 总结虚拟现实技术在护理康复训练、沟通培训、症状管理及护理教育等护理领域的应用进展及效果,分析护理人员在与虚拟现实技术跨学科合作过程中的角色定位,包括设计者、影响者及实施者,提出目前虚拟现实技术应用的挑战和展望。在护理行业多元化发展的现况下,护理人员发挥专业优势和主观能动性,为跨学科合作提供更多机会。

Abstract: This review summarizes the application and effects of virtual reality technology in nursing rehabilitation training, communication training, symptom management and nursing education and other nursing fields. Nursing staff play an important role in the interdisciplinary cooperation between nursing and virtual reality technology: designers, implementers, influencer and implementer. It also puts forward the challenges and prospects of the current application of virtual reality technology in the field of nursing. Nursing staff should give full play to their professional dominance and subjective initiative to provide more opportunities for transdisciplinary collaboration between nursing and virtual reality technology.
