开展医学生临终关怀教育的思考

Discusstion on developing of hospice care education in medical students

摘要: 目的 通过对山东省 6 所医学院校临终关怀教育概况进行初步调查,了解中国本科医学院校临终关怀教育的现状,对今后中国临终关怀教育提出参考意见。方法 采取整群抽样方法对山东省 6 所医学院校 600 名在校大学生进行问卷调查 。 结果 有近 86.6% 的学生开设过临终关怀相关课程,13.4% 的学生没有开设临终关怀课程。授课方式主要以课堂讲授为主,成绩评定多为闭卷考试,学生临终关怀技能普遍不足。结论 中国临终关怀教育还有待于进一步普及和提高。

Abstract: Objective To study the current status of hospice care education in Chinese medical colleges and put forward some suggestions for the future of hospice care education in our country through investigation of hospice care education in six medical colleges and universities in Shandong province. Methods Using cluster sampling, 600 on-campus college students in Shandong were selected and they were investigated with questionnaires. Results Nearly 86.6% of the students had hospice care related courses and 13.4% of the students did not offer hospice care course. Teaching methods mainly based on classroom instruction and performance evaluation for a closed book exam, thus students were generally lack of hospice care skills. Conclusion Hospice care education in our country is still to be further popularized and improved.
