医药中抗坏血酸检测方法研究

摘要: 抗坏血酸即维生素 C,广泛存在于食品、人体体液、组织及药品中,它参与体内一系列物质的代谢过程及氧化还 原反应。因此,建立快速、准确地检测抗坏血酸含量的方法是全世界研究者关注的课题。常用的检测方法有分光光度法、 荧光法、化学发光法、高效液相色谱法、电化学法和滴定法等,现对近几年有关抗坏血酸检测方法的研究作一综述。

Abstract: Ascorbic acid is also called Vitamin C. It exists in food, human body fluid and tissues, drugs, and it involves in a series of substance metabolism process and oxidation-reduction reaction. So how to detect the ascorbic acid quickly and accurately is an important topic concerned by the researchers all over the world. The usual detection methods include spectrophotometry, fluorescence method, chemiluminescence method, high efficiency liquid chromatography, electrochemical method, titration, et al. In this article, the study of detection methods for ascorbic acid in recent years is reviewed.
