细胞凋亡检测技术在瑞香狼毒抗肿瘤研究中的应用

摘要: 凋亡检测是药物抗肿瘤机制研究中的重要手段。随着现代科学技术的发展,各种凋亡检测技术日臻完善,如凋亡细胞的形态学检测、DNA阶梯电泳、流式细胞术、酶联免疫吸附法、免疫组织(细胞)化学法和免疫蛋白印迹法等。药理学研究证实,瑞香狼毒对多种肿瘤细胞具有明确的体内外抑制活性,促进肿瘤细胞发生凋亡是其重要的作用机理之一。从瑞香狼毒抗肿瘤研究入手,对常用的凋亡检测方法、基本原理及其现状进行概述。

Abstract: Apoptosis detection is an important means in the study of anti-tumor mechanism of drugs. With the development of modern science and technology, various apoptosis detection technologies(such as mor-phological detection of apoptotic cells, DNA ladder electrophoresis, flow cytometry, enzyme-linked immu-nosorbent assay, immunohistochemistry or immunocytochemistry and immunoblotting)are being improved day by day. Pharmacological studies have confirmed that stellera chamaejasme has a clear inhibitory activity in vitro and in vivo for a variety of tumor cells, and promoting apoptosis of tumor cells is one of its important mechanisms. This article begins with the anti-tumor research of stellera chamaejasme, and summarizes the commonly used methods, basic principles and current status of apoptosis detection.
