摘要/Abstract

摘要： 类风湿关节炎骨病变属于《素问·痹论》之骨痹、肾痹，其病机要在“痰”“毒”，其形成和发展可以理解为 “痰”“毒”侵袭或内生，痰聚蕴毒，毒存助痰，腐骨蚀筋的病理过程，治疗当以“痰”“毒”为首要。

关键词: 类风湿关节炎骨病变, 骨痹, 肾痹, “痰”, “毒”

Abstract: Bone erosion of Rheumatoid arthritis belongs to the theory of bone rheumatism and renal arthralgia of suwen. Bone lesions in rheumatoid arthritis disease confidential in “phlegm”, “poison”, the pathological process that is “phlegm”, “poison” invasion or endogenous, phlegm and toxin accumulation, toxicity and keep help sputum, corrosion of steel corrosion of bone. The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis bone disease with “phlegm” and “poison” is regarded as the primary.
