摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究钝针扣眼穿刺法对预防血透患者内瘘并发症的临床效果。方法选取血液净化中心血透患者 40 例，分为两组，观察组 20 例采用钝针扣眼穿刺法，对照组 20 例采用锐针穿刺法穿刺。3 个月后比较两组维持性血液透析患者长期穿刺动静脉内瘘后的止血时间、假性动脉瘤和穿刺点渗血发生率以及疼痛情况。结果观察组钝针穿刺的疼痛程度、止血时间、假性动脉瘤和穿刺点渗血发生率明显低于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论钝针扣眼穿刺法能够减轻患者穿刺时的疼痛感及因用锐针反复穿刺带来的内瘘并发症，延长内瘘使用寿命，从而提高血透患者透析生存质量。钝针扣眼穿刺法实用性高，值得在临床大力推广。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of button blunt needle puncture method in preventing fistula complication in patients with hemodialysis. Methods 40 cases of the patient in blood purification center were selected and divided into 2 groups. Observation group (20 cases ) was applied blunt button needle puncture and the comparison group (20 cases) was treated with sharp button needle puncture method. Three months later, theresults of hemstatic time, false aneurysm, puncture point ooze blood rate and pain of the two groups’ patients were compared. Results The observation group’s hemstatic time, false aneurysm, puncture point ooze blood rate and pain were obviously lower than that of the comparison group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of blunt button needle puncture can relieve the patients’ pain and fistula complication incidence by repeated sharp button needle puncture and extend the service life of fistula so as to improve the patients’ life quality. The high practicability of blunt button needle puncture is worthwhile popularized in the clinical application.
