摘要: 腰背痛发生率较高,给社会和个人生活带来负担。呼吸训练作为一种便捷有效、低成本的治疗手段,已被逐渐应用于腰背痛康复领域。呼吸训练方案包括膈式呼吸、腹式呼吸、逆腹式呼吸、抗阻呼吸,通过激活核心肌群、增强腹内压力、增加本体感觉输入及调节神经血管来改善腰背疼痛。综合分析不同训练方案的效果和局限性,为腰背痛患者的呼吸训练方案提供参考。
