Abstract: Objective To investigate the application results and adverse reactions of sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen in relieving postoperative analgesia in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods 60 patients with lower extremity fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) were selected in our hospital, according to a random number table they were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups were using disposable constant speed analgesia pump after operation, the observation group applying analgesia pump recipe sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen, the control group using sufentanil. Record pain visual analog scale and adverse reactions after operation for 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h. Results There was not statistically significance considering analgesic effects in the 2 groups and the difference of point pain visual analog scale groups after operation (P> 0.05). The complications such as nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression, bradycardia, sedation and other adverse reactions in the controls were significantly higher than in the observation group (P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen is a safe and ideal analgesia medicine used in patients with lower limb fractures.
