全科医学专业学生健康管理学课程设置与态度调查分析

Survey on health management courses and attitudes of students majoring in general medicine

摘要: 目的 为进一步了解全科医师专业学生对健康管理学课程的需求和态度,为健康管理学课程改革提供依据。方法 选择首次开设健康管理学课程的新疆医科大学临床医学院临床医学(全科医师)专业 2010 级全体学生,采取普查的方 式进行问卷调查。结果 目前,仅有 29.30% 的学生表示对健康管理学相关内容有所了解;健康管理学课程内容的设置 是比较合理的,在教学过程中,有 34.70% 的学生对现行的授课方式不满意,主要是在实践教学方面。绝大多数学生 认为,健康管理学课程对今后工作和个人的发展有帮助。结论 要进一步加强学生对健康管理学的认识,优化健康管理 学教学内容,在现行的实践教学方法上,要进一步改进实践教学方法,加大现场实践的比例,从而提高学生学习的兴 趣,实现“以学生为本”的理念和促进学生全面发展。

Abstract: Objective To understand the general practitioner students demand for health management courses and attitude to provide basis for health management science curriculum reform. Methods Census questionnaire investigation on “health management” opened the first time was conducted in students of grade 2010 majoring in clinical medicine in Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University (general practitioner). Results At present, only 29.30% of the students said that they could understand health management related contents; Health management course content setting was more reasonable, in the teaching process, there were 34.70% of the students were not satisfied with the current approaches of teaching, mainly in the aspect of practice teaching. The vast majority of students believed that health management courses were helpful to the development of the future work and personal Conclusion To strengthen student's understanding of health management and optimization of health management of teaching content, based on the current practice teaching methods, we should further improve the practice teaching methods, increase the proportion of the field practiceso as to improve students’ interest in learning and realize the concept of “students-centered” to promote the all-round development of students.
