超声监测下腔静脉直径在急危重症患者的应用

摘要: 超声监测下腔静脉作为一项无创、安全可重复的技术,可避免因侵入性操作而产生感染等不良反应。其直径与中心静脉压有相关性,可以反映患者容量状态,及时准确地评估患者病情发展,把握最佳治疗时机,对危重症患者的治疗具有指导意义。

Abstract: Ultrasound monitoring of the inferior vena cava is a non-invasive, safe and repeatable technique, which can avoid adverse reactions such as infection due to invasive operations. Its diameter is correlated with central venous pressure, can reflect the patient's capacity status, assess the patient's condition development timely and accurately, and grasp the best treatment opportunity, which has guiding significance for the treatment of critically ill patients.
