非酒精性脂肪性胰病与2型糖尿病影像学研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 非酒精性脂肪性胰病(nonalcoholic fatty pancreatic disease, NAFPD)是指多因素导致的胰腺细胞内脂肪沉积或胰腺实质外分泌腺的脂肪替代,常与代谢性疾病密切相关。胰腺内的高脂状态可能影响胰岛β细胞功能,导致胰岛素异常分泌或血糖水平调节紊乱,2型糖尿病的发生或与NAFPD相关。影像学检查能较好筛查和定量胰腺内脂肪含量,现就超声、CT、MRI(IDEAL-IQ)等在2型糖尿病胰腺脂肪定量的应用及NAFPD相关临床研究进行综述。利用影像学手段对NAFPD进行筛查和定量,有望为亚临床糖尿病的诊断提供新的相关证据。

Abstract: Nonalcoholic fatty pancreatic disease(NAFPD)refers to fat deposition in pancreatic cells or fat replacement in pancreatic parenchymal exocrine glands with multiple factors, which is often closely associated with metabolic diseases. High lipid status in the pancreas may affect the function of islet β cells, lead to abnormal secretion of insulin or dysregulation of blood glucose level, and the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus might be related to NAFPD. Imaging examinations can screen and quantify the content of pancreatic fat. This paper reviews the quantitative application of ultrasound, CT and MRI(IDEAL-IQI)in the quantitative application of pancreatic fat in type 2 diabetes mellitus and related clinical studies on NAFPD.The use of imaging for screening and quantification of NAFPD may provide new and relevant evidence for the diagnosis of subclinical diabetes.
