Abstract: Objective To study the correlation among resistance index of proper hepatic artery(RI), congestion index(CI), quantity of portal venous(QPV)and hepatic function reserve among patients with hepatic cirrhosis during different pathological stages. Methods 120 cases of hepatic cirrhosis were examined as study subjects, who were divided into Levels A B and C according to Child-Pugh with healthy subjects chosen as control group. Color Doppler ultrasonography and ICGR15.were applied to test RI, CI and QPV. Results The results showed that there were positively correlations among RI, CI, as well as QPV with ICGR15 in patients with cirrhosis. Base on the Child-Pugh score to evaluate hepatic function, RI,CI, QPV, and ICGR15 were positively correlated with Child-Pugh scores. Conclusion RI, CI and QPV are simple and easy methods to evaluate liver reserve function instead of child Pugh classification and indocyanine green.
