Methods From July 2012 to July 2014, 35 patients with multilevel CSM who underwent EOLP via ACTH plate were involved in this study, including 20 males and 15 females. Clinical symptoms were evaluated with Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores. Results The follow-up time ranged from 7 to 24 months, with an average of 13.3 months, JOA score were improved from 6.1±2.6 pre-operation to 9.6±2.8 post- operation(P<0.01). Conclusion For CSM, EOLP using ARCH plate fixation bring less occurrence of re-close of door, slight postoperative neck AS, and satisfactory clinical outcomes.
