Abstract: Objective To explore some late collapse factors associated with ischemic necrosis of femoral head in affecting the treatment of patients with femoral neck fractures by applying hollowscrew fixation Methods 44 patients with femoral-neck- fracture in our hospital from February 2010 to December 2013 were selected as research subjects treated with hollow screw nail fixation. The related factors ,such as the fracture types, reset categories, the conditions of the fractures, operation time and so on were analyzed by using Logistic multivariate analysis method. Results The results indicated that related factors affecting the treatment effects were the followings; first fracture translocation , then the quality of reduction, the injury time to operation time and the reset types and etc. Conclusion The degree of fracture displacement is the most important factors affecting the prognosis of patients with femoral-neck-fracture, operation time and the fracture reduction effects have an impact on the prognosis of quality , but opening-reduction and age factor have not obvious effects on femoral head necrosis and ischemia.
