Abstract

Abstract: Gastric cancer is a common cancer,with high morbidity and mortality.Despite there are a lot of research on the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,but the exact mechanism is still unclear.Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)exists widely in cells which are significantly related to differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis,immune response and stress response.In addition to the NF-κB signaling pathway disorders in gastric cancer in the origin and development,invasion and metastasis,therapy and prevention are involved.We summarize recent progress in understanding the role of the NF-κB pathway in gastric cancer.
