Inlfuence of continuously nursing intervention in children with anaphylactoid purpura

Abstract: Objective To observe whether continuously nursing intervention can reduce the recurrence of children with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods To 64 cases of children with anaphylactoid purpura in hospital were randomly divided into two groups by when admitted into hospital successively: experimental group with continuously nursing intervention of traditional and western medicine ,and control group using routine nursing. Food, anti mite measures compliance and recurrence of disease were compared in the two groups of children. Results The self-management ability, compliance with respect to the manner of intervention, and upper respiratory tract infection of experimental group were obviously better than the control group (P<0.01), the experimental group recurrence rate was 25.0%, which was obviously lower than the control group(56.25%) (P<0.01). Conclusion Using the management of the key link of traditional Chinese medicine health care massage and daily life in children with anaphylactoid purpura can effectively enhance children's resistance and avoid allergens, can reduce the recurrence of children with anaphylactoid purpura.
