Abstract: Objective To understand the cognitive and behavioral state of urban and rural residents on tumor-related dietary factors and analyze the factors that affect the cognition and behavior of resident tumors, providing a reference for the health department to promote the education of anti-cancer health knowledge. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 503 permanent residents of the urban and rural in Baoding city according to the economic development. Results The awareness rate of the dietary knowledge in merchants of Baoding city was 32.60%. The multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender(OR=1.904,95%CI=1.283-2.825)and age were the influential factors in the population of tumor-related diets, among which the age of 36-50(OR=0.410, 95%CI=0.225-0.748)and 51-65(OR=0.393, 95%CI=0.193-0.798)were major factors. The awareness of the risk factors for various cancers related to dietary was higher,the knowledge rate of barbecue food(75.55%)and Alcoholism(77.73%)was ranked in the first two. In the current situation of cancer-related dietary behavior, the proportion of regular edible salted food(12.72%)was the highest, and the lowest proportion of regular edible fruit in anti-cancer food(30.22%). Conclusion Urban and rural residents of Baoding City have a low knowledge rate of healthy dietary, and some residents have high-risk dietary behaviors. The propaganda work of dietary anti-cancer should be strengthened, community cancer control system should be promoted to improve people's quality of life.
