Abstract: Objective To explore the practice and effect of the combined application of micro class and flipped class in the clinical education of pediatricians. Methods A total of 100 pediatric physicians were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group. The conventional group(50 students)was given the conventional teaching method, while the combined group(50 students)was given the micro-class combined with flipped classroom. The teaching quality of the two groups was evaluated from two aspects of teaching content assessment and teaching effect questionnaire survey. Results The total score and theoretical score of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group in stimulating learning interest, understanding and deepening knowledge of courses, improving autonomous learning ability and improving learning efficiency, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro class and flipped class can improve the teaching quality, fully mobilize students' learning ability and stimulate their interest in learning, which is more suitable for clinical training.
