摘要: 临床实践是医学生将医学基础理论与临床技能相结合的过程,是医学教育的关键阶段。不断优化实践教学管理,健全教学管理体系,完善教学工作制度,严格遴选教师,加强教师综合素质的培养,培养教学骨干,以点带面提高教学意识,加强临床教学规范化管理及教学督导,可以提高临床教学质量。

Abstract: Clinical practice for medical students is a process of combining basic medical theory with clinical skills, which is a critical stage of medical education. The authors realize that it can improve the quality of clinical teaching by optimizing the management of practical teaching, strengthening teaching organization, perfecting teaching system, training the teachers' comprehensive qualities and strengthening the standardized management of clinical teaching and teaching supervision.
