CBL联合PBL在骨外科见习教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 分析探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合问题导向教学法(problem-based learning, PBL)在骨外科临床见习教学中的应用。方法 随机选取120名河北大学医学院2014级临床医学专业本科见习生。分为实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),实验组采用PBL联合CBL的教学方式, 对照组采用传统讲授法,分析两组学生考试成绩及对两种教学方法的综合评价。结果 两组均无不及格学生,实验组学生考试成绩明显高于对照组(t=4.036, P=0.000);实验组学生对提高分析问题能力、 团队协作能力、处理临床实践工作的能力、学习兴趣的培养的帮助认可程度最高,明显高于对照组。结论 与传统临床见习教学模式相比,CBL联合PBL在骨外科临床见习中的应用效果更好,更有利于学生分析问题能力、 团队协作能力、处理临床实践工作能力的提高、学习兴趣的培养。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the application of the teaching method of case-based learning(CBL)combined with the teaching method of Problem-based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of clinical probation in bone surgery. Methods 120 clinical trainees were selected from grade14 clinical medical students of Medical College of Hebei University. The experimental subjects were divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60), the students in the experimental group were adopted the teaching method of the PBL teaching method combined with the case teaching method, the control group only adopted the traditional teaching method, the scores of the two groups of students and the comprehensive evaluation of the two teaching methods were analyzed. Results There were no failing students in both groups. The test scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=4.036, P=0.000). The students in the experimental group were able to improve the teamwork spirit, the ability to analyze problems, and the ability to handle clinical practice, and the interests in learning were promoted too. The highest degree of recognition of the training aids was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Compared with the traditional clinical probation teaching model, CBL teaching method combined with PBL teaching method has a better effect in the clinical practice of bone surgery, which is more conducive to students' ability to analyze problems, promote the team cooperation, improve the ability of clinical practice, and cultivate the interest of learning.
