Abstract: Health supervisors face greater difficulties and pressures in the process of health supervision and enforcement under the new normal of the new period, and mental health is greatly affected. This paper analyzes the mental health of health supervisors, introduces mental health education, and integrates them into ideological and political education, thus constructs a mental health education mechanism for law enforcement personnel, and then guides law enforcement personnel to correctly understand themselves and effectively regulate themselves in practice, psychology and behavior, so as to maintain a healthy mentality and good communication in supervision and law enforcement, correctly treat the current difficulties and pressures, and perform administration according to law, supervise according to law, perform duties according to law, achieve a harmonious law enforcement environment, and consolidate socialist harmony. The purpose of the important foundation of society is to effectively solve the hard problems existing in the current law enforcement team and achieve a sound and rapid development of the health supervision cause.
