大学一年级学生正念及其与自尊、心理健康的关系

摘要: 目的 探讨大学一年级学生的正念水平及其与人口学变量、自尊、心理健康的关系。方法 采用五因素正念问卷(FFMQ)、自尊量表(SES)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),以班级为单位,向随机选取的大学一年级学生发放问卷,有效被试为589人。结果(1)不同性别学生的正念总分差异无统计学意义;独生子女、父母高学历、家庭经济收入高、父母心理健康的学生正念水平更高。(2)正念总分与自尊、心理健康之间两两相关,有统计学意义(r=0.231~0.495,P<0.001)。进一步中介效应检验的结果表明,自尊在大学生心理健康与正念之间起部分中介作用。结论 正念既直接影响心理健康水平,也通过影响自尊间接影响心理健康水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore mindfulness of first-year students in university and its associates with demographic characteritics, self-esteem and mental health. Methods FFMQ,SES,SCL-90 were administered to 589 randomly selected students. Results(1)Gender differences, only-one-child, and education level, income, and mental health of parents were influencing factors for mindfulness.(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that mindfulness, self-esteem and mental health were correlated with each other(r=0.231-0.495,P<0.001). Self-esteem played partial mediating role between mindfulness and mental health. Conclusion Mindfulness could not only directly influence mental health, but also influence mental health indirectly through changing the level of their self-esteem.
