Abstract: The sympathetic neurogenic mechanism of hypertension is an important theory of the mechanism of hypertension. Through the collection of a large number of clinical research data, the role of sympathetic nervous system activity enhancement in the occurrence, development and treatment of hypertension are discussed. It also outlines the frontier knowledge of sympathetic nerve regulation of cardiovascular function, and describes new therapies for intervention in the sympathetic nervous system and treatment of hypertension.
