Abstract: Objective Through culturing breast cancer cells in vitro, and applying common chemotherapy drug sensitivity testing to provide clinical reference and choice of chemotherapy drugsto reduce the clinical chemotherapy choice blindness and get better implementation of individual treatment. Methods MTT method was applied in testing susceptibility of the tumor cells and tumor cells cultured in vitro in surgical resection of lung cancer (13 cases), esophageal cancer (4 cases). Results 16 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs with high sensitivity to lung squamous cell carcinoma were the following:oxaliplatin (60%), cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel (40%). 16 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs with high sensitivity to lung cancer were the followings:vinorelbine, paclitaxel, fluorouracil (63%). 16 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs with high sensitivity to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were the followings:Navelbine, vincristine, topotecan (75%). Conclusion Susceptibility testing of tumor cells in vitro has guiding significance for reasonable choice of breast cancer chemotherapy.
