Abstract: Objective To investigate parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia effects of abdominal surgery in elderly patients with postoperative analgesia. Methods ASA I-II class underwent open surgery. 60 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group started 30 min before anesthesia intravenously parecoxib sodium 40 mg, control group at the same time intravenous Saline. Results The postoperative analgesia magnitude improvement in VAS score and VAS was significantly better than the control group; observation group were nausea, sleepiness, dizziness was significantly lower than the control group; patients using the drug reduced postoperative pain remedy were observed. Conclusion Parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia for postoperative analgesia in elderly patients with abdominal surgery is better, higher security method in relieving pains in clinical practices.
