Abstract: Objective To provide basis for clinical examination by analyzing experimental data of 52 chyle blood samples. Methods The laboratory test data of 52 cases of chylous blood were input into the Excel 2007 table, and the causes of chyle blood were analyzed, as well as the changes of chyloblood and blood lipid levels on days 3 and 7 after a light diet. Results Off 52 cases, 47 were male, accounting for 90.38%. 5 were female, accounting for 9.61%. The fasting time of 49 cases was less than 12 hours, accounting for 94.23%. 3 cases’ fasting time was more than 12 hours, accounting for 5.77%. 45 cases took fatty food the night before test(86.54%). 5 cases took fatty diet in the previous week(9.62%). 2 cases took light diet in the previous week(3.85%). After 3 or 7 days of light diet, the proportion of chyle blood samples returned to normal 96.15% and 98.08% respectively. Total blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels increased during chylous blood, and after 3 or 7 days of light diet, the total blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels gradually decreased. Compared with the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in blood after 3 and 7 days of light diet, the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05). Conclusion The main cause of chylous blood is the fat and greasy food for dinner the day before blood drawing, and the preparation of the examiner before blood drawing must be paid great attention.
