Abstract: Post-stroke hand dysfunction, as one of the common and challenging sequelae, is characterized by difficulties in treatment and slow recovery. Therefore, finding more effective and comprehensive rehabilitation strategies has become a key research focus. This review aims to summarize the current research on the pathogenesis and rehabilitation of hand dysfunction, and analyze the advantages, limitations, and clinical efficacy of different rehabilitation approaches.
