Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation management system headed by the 3A hospitals on stroke patients. Methods From December 2020 to September 2021, a total of 90 stroke hemiplegia patients were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups. The patients of two groups were treated in tertiary hospital, secondary hospital and community rehabilitation for 4 weeks. The cases of the control group were transferred to the lower level hospital by themselves, and the patients of the experimental group entered the rehabilitation management system headed by the 3A hospital to get treatment. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, motor functions were evaluated by Fugl-Meyer motor function score(Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale, FMA), and activities of daily living were evaluated by modifiedBarthel Index(Modified Barthel Index, MBI). Results After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in FMA score and MBI score between the two groups(P>0.05). After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the FMA score and MBI score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation management system headed by the top three hospitals can improve the motor functions and activities of daily living of stroke patients, which is feasible and effective.
